History
Afghanistan was founded in 1709 and it celebrates independence day on 19 august. Sir Ahmad Shāh Durrānī is the founder of this country. Sir Khushal is the national poet of this country. Rula Ghani is called the first lady of this country. Hamid Karzai is the first (1st) Prime Minister of this country. Second PM is Ashraf Ghani, third is Ashraf Ghani, fourth PM is Babrak Karmal, fifth PM is Haji Mohammad Chamkani and the current president of this country is Mohammad Ashraf Ghani. The highest point of this country is Noshaq with a height of 7,492 m and the lowest point of this country is Amu Darya at Kamyab with a height of 258 m. The longest River of this country is the Helmand River and the largest lakes are Kamal Khan Dam, Kajaki Dam, Dahla Dam, Naghlu Dam, Band-e Amir, Qargha. The currency of this country is Afghan afghani (AFN) and the dialing code is +93 of Afghanistan.
